Carrollton Treatment Services offers daily medication and drug screening, as well as Tele-counseling services. Additional services are available at NKY Medical Clinic in Covington as needed.

Daviess Treatment Services provides medication-assisted treatment for opiate addiction. In addition to maintenance medication, our clinic provides individual counseling, nursing support, medical oversight, group meetings, and referrals to community resources to help patients meet their needs throughout the recovery process.

Georgetown Medical is an outpatient Methadone and Suboxone clinic in Georgetown, Kentucky. We serve the Georgetown, Kentucky community by providing Medication-Assisted Treatments (methadone and buprenorphine) for those suffering from substance abuse disorder. Georgetown Medical offers daily medication and drug screening.

Maysville Medical offers Medication-Assisted Treatment for those suffering from opioid dependence. This location is a medication unit and satellite clinic off NKY Med in Covington, offering daily medication and drug screening, as well as Tele-counseling services. Additional services are available at NKY Medical Clinic in Covington as needed.

NKY Medical Clinic offers Outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) in Northern Kentucky for opioid addiction treatment. Our program offers individual and group counseling in conjunction with Methadone or Suboxone therapies.

Recovery Works Georgetown is a 67-bed substance use disorder (SUD) rehabilitation facility situated on 10 lovely acres of central Kentucky landscape. Our primary service population is women and men, ages 18 and older, whose primary diagnosis is that of SUD, combined in many cases with a mild mental health disorder. Levels of care include detoxification, inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization (PHP).

Our evidence-based and person-centered treatment center offers individual and group counseling as well as psycho-educational groups and gender-specific groups. Recreation, meditation, and music are a sampling of other recovery-oriented opportunities our patients experience.

We accept Medicaid and most commercial insurances; self-pay options are also available. We admit patients 24 hrs a day, 365 days per year.

Recovery Works London is a 64-bed residential addiction treatment facility coupled with a 50-bed Recovery House network available in our community for the Partial Hospitalization (PHP) step-down level of care. We offer a multi-faceted, evidence-based approach to Substance Use Disorder treatment, individual counseling, and group counseling. We offer a full continuum of care for treating substance use disorders and dual diagnosis. Our Substance Use Disorder treatment programs include Residential Treatment (RTC), Partial Hospitalization (PHP),  Alumni Aftercare Group/Meetings, and Medically Supervised Detox.

Recovery Works Greenup in South Shore, Kentucky offers patient-centered and trauma-informed treatment programs designed to meet your individual needs. Our full continuum of care includes include Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Residential Treatment (RTC), Alumni Aftercare Group/Meetings, and Medically Supervised Detox. Medication-assisted treatment, if needed, includes Vivitrol and other opioid replacement medications already prescribed.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is tailored to the unique needs of those suffering from substance and alcohol use disorders. We provide a judgment-free environment that builds on patients’ individual strengths. With the support of our clinical team, patients learn to identify relapse triggers as they build Relapse Prevention Plans and are counseled about the nature and dynamics of addiction and recovery. Throughout the course of the program patients will be given the tools to begin to repair the damage done to themselves and their families.

Simpson Treatment Services, located in Franklin, KY is a satellite of Western KY Medical in Hopkinsville. We provide medication-assisted treatment to patients diagnosed with opiate use disorder. By establishing medication units in place like Franklin, Pinnacle Treatment is able to provide services to a larger geographic region that might otherwise be underserved.

Located in historic Winchester, about halfway between Louisville and Ashland, Winchester Treatment Services will provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), through medications methadone and buprenorphine (Suboxone), in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies.
