Transitional Housing at Pinnacle: Who’s Eligible?
Patients stepping down from our Detox or Residential Treatment program to our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) are eligible for the Pinnacle Transitional Housing Program (THP). Patients stepping down from the residential level of care at other treatment centers to Pinnacle PHP, IOP, or OP may also apply to enter the Pinnacle THP. Members of the community who may not meet the criteria for inpatient treatment but still need PHP and a supportive living environment may also be eligible to directly admit to our program.
Patients who enter our THP pay a weekly room & board fee in line with fair market value.
