HealthQwest Buford is an Outpatient Opioid Addiction Treatment program committed to helping those who are addicted to opiates such as heroin, prescription painkillers, fentanyl and others through a combination of medication and counseling. We treat patients with Opioid Use Disorder by providing General Outpatient (IOP) and Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with methadone, buprenorphine/Suboxone, and Vivitrol coupled with one-on-one, individualized counseling from our Certified Addiction Counselors. Our goal is to help serve our community and make Gwinnett County a healthier, happier place.
