Outpatient Treatment

Serving California’s Central Coast (including northern Santa Barbara County and southern San Luis Obispo County), we provide medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder in an outpatient setting. We place an emphasis on providing compassionate and supportive treatment that addresses the specific needs of each of our patients. The Santa Maria clinic uses evidence-based treatment to provide effective interventions and improve the overall quality of treatment.  Each patient is treated with dignity and has regular access to a medical professional trained in Addiction Medicine. Patients also meet with registered and certified addiction counselors to learn the skills needed to live a drug-free lifestyle.     Our Santa Maria, CA methadone clinic, suboxone clinic, and addiction treatment center is centrally located on E. Fesler St. just off N. Broadway, a few blocks west of the 101 Freeway. It is also convenient to Betteravia, Nipomo, and Guadalupe.     We operate as both a methadone clinic and a suboxone clinic while also offering outpatient rehab services such as cognitive behavioral therapy, contingency management, and relapse prevention. We focus on helping our clients build better lives through medication-assisted treatment and evidence-based therapies known to improve success in recovery. This might include group therapy, life skills training, mindfulness training, and stress management techniques.

    As a CARF-accredited drug and alcohol treatment program we meet the highest standards of care, with a medical doctor and licensed drug and alcohol counselors on staff.

    We accept most forms of insurance, including Med-Cal and TriCare.
